Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2026

Spark is an adults-only service. By using Spark, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Spark, including our mobile application, websites, live video, messaging, profile, wallet, gift, safety, support, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by anrys llc ("anrys llc," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Spark, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Spark.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

3. Adults-only social and video chat service

Spark is designed for adults to discover, match, communicate, and interact through social, chat, video, virtual gift, and related features. Spark is not a service for minors, pornography, prostitution, commercial sexual services, escort services, sexual solicitation, or illegal activity.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Use caution when communicating with people you do not know. We do not guarantee user identity, intentions, background, or offline conduct.

4. User content

You retain ownership of photos, videos, text, messages, profile information, audio, reports, and other content you submit or make available through Spark ("User Content"). You grant anrys llc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, adapt, moderate, and use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, promote, secure, and enforce the Service.

You represent that you have all rights needed to provide your User Content and that your User Content complies with these Terms, applicable law, and the rights of others.

We may remove, restrict, or refuse User Content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, or may expose anrys llc, users, or third parties to harm or liability.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You agree not to use Spark to create, upload, send, request, promote, facilitate, or engage in any content or conduct involving:

6. Reporting, blocking, and moderation

Spark may provide tools to report, block, or restrict users and content. You can also contact us at sandra.alicia2026@gmail.com. We may investigate reports, review content or account signals, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report illegal activity to appropriate authorities or child safety organizations.

We are not required to monitor all content before it appears. However, we may use manual review, automated systems, user reports, and trusted signals to enforce these Terms and protect user safety.

7. Virtual items, coins, gifts, and purchases

Spark may offer virtual coins, gifts, subscriptions, premium features, or other digital items. Virtual items are licensed, not sold. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, redeemed for money, or used outside Spark unless we expressly allow it.

Purchases made through Google Play or another app store are also subject to that store's payment terms, refund rules, and billing policies. Except where required by law or by the applicable app store rules, purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered or consumed.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue virtual items or premium features at any time as permitted by law. We may revoke virtual items obtained through fraud, abuse, chargebacks, payment reversal, or policy violations.

8. Safety and real-world interactions

Spark is an online communication service. We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users and do not guarantee that users are truthful, safe, or lawful. Do not send money or sensitive personal information to people you do not know. If you choose to meet another user outside Spark, you do so at your own risk.

9. Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using Spark, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to Spark at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or anrys llc, infringed rights, engaged in fraud or abuse, or used the Service unlawfully. You may stop using Spark at any time and may request account deletion through available in-app tools or by contacting sandra.alicia2026@gmail.com.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections on user content licenses, prohibited conduct, purchases, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, and legal compliance.

11. Third-party services

Spark may integrate or link to third-party services, including sign-in providers, payment processors, analytics services, attribution providers, cloud storage, real-time communication tools, websites, or app stores. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Spark at any time, including features, prices, availability, eligibility, content, virtual items, or technical requirements. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available in every country, language, device, or network.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, anrys llc and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or unauthorized access, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless anrys llc from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Spark, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer entity identified on the app store listing, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Courts or dispute resolution bodies with proper jurisdiction over the dispute may resolve claims that cannot be resolved informally.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at sandra.alicia2026@gmail.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms become effective when posted or when otherwise stated. Your continued use of Spark after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
