Child safety contact: report urgent child safety, CSAE, or CSAM concerns to sandra.alicia2026@gmail.com. Spark is operated by anrys llc and is restricted to adults 18+.
1. Purpose and scope
These Child Safety Standards explain anrys llc's standards and enforcement approach for preventing, detecting, reporting, and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") and child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") on Spark.
Spark is an adults-only social, messaging, and live video chat service. People under 18 are not allowed to create accounts, appear in user content, participate in chats, receive solicitations, or be the subject of sexualized content or conduct on Spark.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
anrys llc has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, or CSAM. This includes content or conduct that depicts, promotes, requests, distributes, threatens, facilitates, jokes about, normalizes, or attempts to obtain sexual content involving a person under 18 or a person who appears to be under 18.
Any account involved in CSAE or CSAM may be immediately removed, preserved for investigation, reported to appropriate authorities, and permanently banned from Spark.
3. Prohibited child safety conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Spark:
- Creating an account or using Spark if you are under 18.
- Uploading, sending, requesting, storing, linking to, or promoting CSAM.
- Sexualizing minors or people who appear to be minors, including animated, AI-generated, edited, fictional, or disguised content where prohibited by law or policy.
- Grooming, luring, coercing, sextorting, blackmailing, trafficking, or attempting to exploit a minor.
- Asking users to move conversations involving minors, sexual exploitation, or illegal sexual content to another platform.
- Impersonating a minor, falsely claiming to be a minor to manipulate users, or helping minors bypass age restrictions.
- Sharing usernames, contact details, links, hashtags, codes, or instructions that facilitate child exploitation or access to CSAM.
4. Age restriction and prevention
- Spark is restricted to users who are at least 18 years old.
- We may use account information, user reports, behavioral signals, moderation review, or other reasonable measures to detect underage access or child safety risk.
- If we believe a user is under 18, we may restrict, suspend, or delete the account and remove associated content, subject to safety and legal preservation requirements.
- If an adult user knowingly interacts with, invites, solicits, or exploits a minor, we may permanently ban the account and report the matter to appropriate authorities.
5. User reporting and blocking
Spark may provide in-app reporting and blocking tools for profiles, chats, media, and user interactions. Users should report any suspected minor, CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, or other child safety concern immediately.
You may also report child safety concerns directly by email at sandra.alicia2026@gmail.com. Please include the user ID, profile name, screenshots where lawful, dates, a description of the concern, and any relevant links or message details. Do not forward or resend CSAM.
6. Moderation and enforcement
anrys llc may use user reports, manual review, account signals, automated systems, trusted third-party signals, and safety escalations to detect and respond to violations. Depending on the severity and evidence, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or restrict content.
- Disable messaging, live video, posting, payment, or other features.
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
- Block re-registration attempts connected to severe abuse.
- Preserve relevant account, content, report, and technical information for investigation.
- Report suspected CSAM or CSAE to appropriate authorities, hotlines, or child safety organizations as required or permitted by law.
- Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child protection agencies.
7. Handling suspected CSAM
If anrys llc becomes aware of suspected CSAM or CSAE on Spark, we may take urgent action to remove or disable access to the content, preserve evidence, prevent further sharing, suspend involved accounts, and escalate to trained reviewers or safety personnel. Where legally required or appropriate, we report suspected CSAM or CSAE to relevant authorities or child safety organizations.
Users must not download, copy, share, or forward suspected CSAM. Use in-app reporting tools or contact sandra.alicia2026@gmail.com without redistributing the material.
8. Training and continuous improvement
anrys llc's safety process is designed to improve over time. We may update reviewer guidance, enforcement workflows, keyword and signal detection, escalation procedures, and user education as new risks emerge and as platform, legal, or app store requirements change.
9. Privacy and data protection
We process reports, content, account information, and technical data for child safety, legal compliance, moderation, fraud prevention, and user protection purposes. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
We may retain child safety records where necessary to prevent repeat abuse, comply with law, cooperate with authorities, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Service.
